Here we go again. Hang on to your Hollyhocks, the Brainless Politicians and a load of thieving Bankers or Investment Funds, have made another balls-up.

Without any, “by your leave” courtesy, these JArthurs, have merrily bandied about the debt on other peoples Homes, Lives and Futures until the bubble has burst. I don’t know if they new what they were doing. But I do know that they couldn’t Bloody Well Care Less. They have got their year end Bonus, and a big fat one at that. This is the way the system is rigged. Only those people running the show are ever going to be the winners.

Until now, that is. Now the Battlefield has altered and you, my dear old Slavish TaxPayer, are in a position to do something about that situation.

How about ignoring Politicians and Politics, removing your Income, your Wages or whatever you call your Earnings, taking that money Out of the Westminster Circus and beginning all over again on a Brand New System of Social Taxation. A system that is the TaxPayers System. And this time, based on the Parish and Town Council. Again, within reason, the Rate of Taxation to be paid set by the TaxPayers. Starting with a generous “Cost of Living Allowance”, then a one off, “Flat Tax” on all other Income.

Based on a construct such as this, No Politician or Political Party would ever be in a position to Dominate or Dictate to the People who pay the Taxes. The Privilege of Determining the Course and Destination of or Countries future, belongs to the People and most of all, The TaxPayers. Because without their Money, you are going Nowhere.

So return our Sovereignty and the TaxPayers will consider the Future of Politics for Great Britain.  Regards shitforbrains.

         The Agency:   The primary function of the Agency, located off-shore, is to represent itself as the off-shore Employer, in doing so there is a seperation between the Employee, and his current place of work. This is to prevent any infringement of any International Banking Law.

For example. If Mr. Smith, currently works for a company called “A Company” in London, then under the new structure, Mr. Smith becomes the Employee of an offshore Agency, but still works at the premises of “A Company”.

Again it should be noted that a seperate contractual agreement needs to be set-up to ensure that the Employee, Mr. Smith in our example, still benefits from the employment contract, currently provided by what will now become his, “former” company.

The Company can now operate an Off-Shore Bank Account, paying the Agent the money necessary to cover the cost of the wages bill, according to the Invoice submitted to the Company by the Agent, fulfilling the duties and functions of being the New, Off-Shore Employer.

In no way can the Company be accused Avoiding or Evading, Taxation. That is now the responsibility of the “Agent”. But the Agent is not bound by the United Kingdom Law, or the European  Union Law. Taxation is therefore, now the responsibility of the Employee. And all that requires is for the Employee to inform his nearest Income Tax Inspector, that is, nearest to his place of residence. As you can see, the Company is acting Legally in the United Kingdom, and the Agency is acting Legally Off-Shore.

Only a week or so gone by, Professor  Patrick  Minford, has had a report published  by the “Centre for Policy Studies”, This report points out that now, in the year 2006, people working and earning £29.000. per annum, are obliged, one way or another to pay a massive £14.500 in Taxation and other Duties.

We believe that any Employee should be able to save at least, £10.000 with our system of Taxation. (Since this was first posted, I think it possible to reduce the Taxation on £29.000 from £14. 500  to £2.900. over a period of some five years.) Why give your money to wasters like me?

Globalisation and Political Democracy do not go together in any shape or form. Can’t you silly buggers out there see the total mess you are making of it all. For the sake of your own People, remember who Elected you and who Pays The Taxes. Those are the People you are Elected to serve. Not a bunch of would be world partners, if only you Pay them enough of the folding stuff. Can’t you see when you are being turned over?

Britain and America, because of Democracy and the Irish vote, allowed the IRA, terrorist off the hook and now the IRA, dictate policy to 10 Downing St. The murdering bastards now take tea with the Prime Minister. It makes me sick, and my name is Flynn the family is from Fermoy and I grew up with “Off to Dublin in the Green” as part of my education. “Where the rifles crashed and the bayonets flashed, to echo of the Thompson gun”. And now look at it, you  bloody silly Taxpayers are conned again. All those IRA. members elected to the NIA. , you are paying them a minimum of £83,000 a year. And all of them criminals. Now you, if you have a criminal record, are not even allowed to stand for election, I believe. I’m not too sure these days, as they seem to take anyone they can get.

Today it seems that whichever way you turn, you run into a brick wall. (That is politics runs into a brick wall.) There just isn’t anywhere to go. The Political past is now a desert, devoid of any answers to the mess that consensus Politics has created. The confusion,the mess, the corruption and the outright Fraud that todays stupid Politicians have visited upon this World, should shame everyone. especially the Experts, the Advisers and the Consultants, who’s advice over the last ten years, is about to kill off the Patient, our Parliamentary Democracy.

I am totally convinced that there is only one answer to the problem, and that is to remove the Money from the Centre. By changing the whole system of, Working Contracts and Payment. Without infringing any Law, it is possible to place the entire work and pay ethic beyond the Lawful Control of Westminster. You can then bypass any Elected Authority and install a system of Social Services funding that in the control of those who pay for it. Taxation is avoided by not having any Taxable amount of money paid to you the individual, within the jurisdiction of the British or European courts.

I’m going to stop at this point and consider the next step. It has always been my contention, that from the moment the Centre loses control and the Taxpayer takes up the slack, I should depart the scene. But now it might be wise to see that another Authority, once installed, has strict limits on the power it is handed.  Back Later. ATF.

I don’t mean that WordPress has bind them, I have made reference to MSN, in all of them and I am wondering if that has any bearing on the problem. I do have written correspondence from MSN. In light of today, it isn’t at all flattering to them. But I can’t see this as reason to sabotage my postings?

How Politics and Music went down hill together. Did you see that photograph of Tony Blair on holiday? What was he carrying? A guitar. Is any other comment needed.

Some years ago, I wrote to Microsoft, it was the time when Politicians began to worry about the power of the PC, that is computer, not as in “politically correct”. This was the time of the first Court Cases over “monopoly” of or by,  Windows. I pointed out the power of the people as against the Politician when it came to using technology to by-pass all or any, Laws, Rules or Regulations concerning Taxation. For the first time ever, the Taxpayer was, and still is, in a position to dictate What, and How Much, Taxation he is prepared to pay.

What I suggested to Microsoft, and the letter was addressed to Bill Gates, was the defence of security. In the Court Case. I put it to MSN, that Plastic card fraud, Identity fraud and Bank fraud was, at that time, some £400. to £500. Million. in the United Kingdom alone. And even those figures were under reported by a hefty margin. MSN, was in a position to properly claim that the security of the code was essential for the security of Financial Transactions. But they were not interested. Although, one of there engineers telephoned me at the end of December 1999, and that was the last I heard from them. But they were not the only ones. IBM, AT&T, Global Crossing, and many more would not challenge the Establishment. They still wont.

The point of all this is the fact that a great many people have played down the capabilities of the internet, not to protect the State, or the People. But to protect the position of the Political Classes and the ruling Establishment.

Take a very good look at what Westminster is doing, and ask yourself why? How has the Home Office and their Duties collapsed in this fashion? Why has Gordon Brown allowed the Finances to become two seperate strands, double book-keeping in fact?  Politicians have at last Priced themselves out of a job. They are now so expensive the Taxpayer can no longer afford them.

All that is now required, is for you the Taxpayer, to call a halt to the whole ramshackle fraud of  our Sovereign Government and tell them to “Go forth and Multiply”. Others will look after the money, the Economy will be the duty of the Taxpayers. No longer will it be a case of how much the Welfare State costs, but how much the Taxpayer is prepared to pay. The “good old day’s of free loading on the workers”, are over. Time to de-rail the Clattering Train.

If you look at the Postings you will find a list of Organisations willing to re-build the State Economy, those Public Services that are necessary, and then put in place the Financial structures needed to keep the show on the road. In the last twenty years it has been the Politicians objective to make life look as difficult,  and in some cases make it as difficult as possible. Politicians have now found another way of Taxing you. Global Warming. Climate Change. Carbon Footprint. Have you ever come across so much squit since WMD’s, weapons of mass destruction. That was a load of “fairy brained imagination” and I believe most of this is as well. At my age, I have forgotten most of my learning about the atmosphere, but my memory of physiology is a little better. The 14.7psi. at sea level and the 21% oxygen, I believe are still the same. I did know some of the details of Boyle’s Law and partial pressure, how it effects the different ingredients of the atmosphere especially if that sea level psi, was to change. But carbon being the “Reason” for climate change? An element? A nonmetallic element existing in the three allotropic forms? One of the fundamental or irreducible components making up a whole.

I am out of touch here, has the oxygen content increased or decreased in our atmosphere? Has the sea level preasure increased or decreased in our world? So far, there has been NO science presented to the world that is convincing enough to make anyone change the way they go about their lives. This is about money, Taxation, redistribution and above All, it is about Politics. I believe I might be right when I say that the prospect of a temperature increase is not in anyway dangerous. Again, I believe I am right in saying it happened in the time of the Black Death. My History is vague here, but I think it was 1390 to 1400, or about then. Again, not all that long ago, farmers were haymaking on Greenland. I believe about two hundred years ago. And who now remembers the “PeaSoupers” of the 1940’s and 1950’s? Take care by all means, but the end of the world?  (A word of advice, take more water with it.)

It was not my intention to comment on Global Warming, but a TV, programe had these people waffling on about one thing and another. Now I’ll have to go and have a lay down.

You need to be Deaf, Dumb and Blind, not to understand the dire situation of the “public services”,  these days.

In a Country claiming full employment, there are 51, different Benefits paid to workers and non-workers. The cost is a staggering £61 Billion. And I might remind you, that is your bloody money. Taxpayers Money. So put a stop to it. Why should you pay Taxation to keep Five Million people sitting at home indulging in “illegal substances” and smoking “Whacky Baccy”, amongst other anti-social activity.

This bunch of “Tossers”, who have been at Westminster and Whitehall, since the begining of John Majors time as PM., have now completed what John Major started. Total anarchy across parts of the Country. For the most part, the Police “service”, is not much more than a bad joke. But then, it would seem from News Paper reports and TV and Radio, that our Home Office and Immigration is run by and for, some other Authority. The government has no control of it. The Officers in charge appear to be Non-British immigrants and answer to some High Commissioner for Human Rights. The home Secretary has no power to Order or Direct them. And the Government seems to be afraid of them.

 Human Rights is a concept that the poor old Taxpayer should latch on to. Why is it that everyone else has Human Rights, but the only”Rights” the poor old bloody Taxpayer has, is to keep on paying for this Bloody nonsense.

Well, let me tell you what NO bloody Accountant will tell you. Quite Legally, you don’t have to pay this Direct Taxation the HMRC, keeps demanding. I have asked the Accountants, (I have their answers in writing.) but no. They want no part of it. I have asked the CBI, the IOD, the FPB, and the others, is it the FSB, then there was the Chamber of Commerce, Private Contractors, none of them wanted to know. Their answer seemed to be, “Everyone must pay their Tax, as it is Demanded.”

Give yourself a New Year Present, join up to a new System of Taxation. Your System that you control. And with that control, goes Control of Spending.
